Matt Orli, co -founder and CEO of Tech Qure care brand, first came to entrepreneurship when he was only 17 years old. He worked on the leading generation in a business coaching company. “I called the shop all day and tried to prepare business coaches to get out and see them,” says Orlice Businessman. “That exhibited me every day to hundreds of businesses.”

ORIC was ready to go alone for about six months. One of his mentors agreed to support it at the start of the business, which provided lead -generation services for commercial trainers. ORIC sold this company at the age of 20 and continued Found for the Sports Group, which produces football training products and Inspire Brands Group, which develops and sells consumer brands.
But when Onlic was 25, his largest client at that time, a billion -dollar Australian dealer Dick Smith, went bankrupt. The young entrepreneur lost $ 5 million overnight. “I have largely lost my business, I lost millions of dollars in cash,” Orals recalls. “And then I started with a digital way I understood (that I was) at the mercy of all these retailers. At that time I went into a digital approach with the brands.”

Orlice admitted that “the mentality of the victim began to penetrate” because Spen Mayy had built his business for years to see how he was falling apart. But he did not want the cycle of negative thinking to keep him back, and so he considered all the ultra-enforced founders who had experienced an early, devastating loss and Seilad the opportunity to write his own story about the return. “I felt as if it was just my debt I needed to pay (for success),” Oric says.
“She likes,” Oh my God, what is it? I want one. “
Because he became an entrepreneur at such a young age, Oric has reached a point where “nothing really felt well” in business before his 30th birthday. He turned to psychologists and spiritual advisors who introduced him to the idea of ”authentic money” versus “non -intentic money”. Oblice basically realized that he earned a lot of “non -authentic money” of the seller of the product that was passionate and was changed to change.
What’s more, the eagle didn’t want his sister Kristina Orlic to make the same mistake he had. Kristina is a manager of Operations and Brand at Inspire and co-founder and CEO of Qure, who started the brother-Sester team thanks to his passion for skin care.
When Matt lived in Croatia, Kristina sent him packages of skin care with post-it notes on how to use products. Then Kristina came to visit and noted how well the products worked – and Matt had to admire that he had used them at all.
Matt Wast A massive LED light panel that would be devoted to China; He learned about it when researching biohacking. “It’s glad,” Oh my God, what is it? I want one, ”remembers Oric. The panel was not at the most pleasant price for consumers: it cost $ 5,000. However, it was an invaluable“ lightbulb moment ”for Orli siblings – maybe they could make this technology available for people at home.

“At that time, I really believed it was my original idea,” says Oric, “(that) no one else thought of a face mask. But I went online and there were few. But that’s where the idea began.
ORICS took about two years to develop LED Light Therapy Mask Quer, which they created using a design company based in the Netherlands. Although there were other poppy LEDs on the market, Kristina wanted to use clinical LEDs and customizable functions to separate the qures. Now the Q-REVLOVLIGHT for Qure’s Red Light Mask Q-REVLOVLAVLIGHT FOR FDA, which heals acne, fine lines, blinks and dark spots. The wireless mask may target five facial areas to solve specific fears of skin care in three -minute sessions.

“To have world -class products is the most important factor (in success).”
Qure was officially launched in 2022 and by the end of 2025 it is on the way to reach $ 50 million.
“Having world products is the only most important factor (in success),” says Orlice. “Because we have world-class products, we can get dermatologists, influential and world-class physicians to support our brand. Because they want to associate their brand with UPPER-SECHELON products.”

As a serial entrepreneur who launched his first business younger than most others, the eagle has some words of wisdom for aspiring founders: have toughness to start and concentrate.
“I had 13 stores in one stage, which was a terrible idea,” says Oric. “Today I train a lot of young entrepreneurs and still have this concept of ownership of multiple shops; (there is) something sexy I don’t understand much. Just stick to one thing, have courage and perseverance – that’s all.”
